This course is for those whose job includes responsibility for the installation and support of IBM FileNet P8 software.

You install multiple, fully functioning, IBM FileNet P8 systems and practice the skills required for installing the software on different platform configurations. You are required to do a successful installation without instructor assistance. An access key is generated as a product of the verification workflow that is executed in the final stages of installation. The access key is used to access the online certification exam. Completion of both the course and the exam counts as credit towards Product Technical Support certification.

    Understanding of the overall architecture of the FileNet P8 platform
