IBM Lotus Quickr™ team collaboration software is designed to transform the way work groups work together on projects and share everyday content— such as documents and rich media. Lotus Quickr software supports teams inside or outside the company firewall—making it simple to use with customer, partner or supplier teams as well as with internal department or project teams.
Lotus Quickr has connectors to integrate with popular desktop applications, content and team services such as wikis and team blogs, and scalable content repositories to help businesses manage information.
The Lotus Quickr connectors are like mini-applications or plug-ins that you snap into your desktop applications. The connectors let people work in their familiar desktop applications and move content from IBM Lotus Notes, IBM Lotus Sametime, Windows Explorer, Microsoft Office or the IBM Productivity Editors directly into Lotus Quickr.
WebSphere Portal Services
IBM® WebSphere® Portal software provides a composite application or business mashup framework and the advanced tooling needed to build flexible, SOA-based solutions, as well as the unmatched scalability required by any size organization.
Portal Document Manager Components have been removed from the WebSphere Portal 6.1 installation. Lotus Quickr now provides the document management functionality and therefore WebSphere Portal Extend, Express, and the IBM Content Accelerator includes entitlement for Lotus Quickr.
We provide supports both Quickr services for Lotus Domino and Quickr services for WebSphere Portal and also Integration with other lotus products and with Collaboration Accelerators.
